Beginning early 2026, Bilt Members will be able to pay rent, mortgages, and neighborhood merchants directly through Venmo or the Bilt app, using their Venmo balance or linked payment methods. The collaboration introduces a more seamless, social, and rewarding payment experience for renters and homeowners across the U.S.
With over 5 million Bilt Members and access to 45,000+ local merchants, this partnership transforms how Americans manage housing payments and everyday spending. Members can easily split rent, make payments in just a few taps, and earn Bilt Points redeemable for travel, home decor, fitness, and more.
This initiative also marks the first step in Venmo’s new in-app commerce strategy, connecting communities and merchants through simple, secure, and rewarding transactions.
